What are you trying to do?
Withdraw an assistant’s or a mailbox’s access, or close your whole account — and know exactly what is erased and what remains.
Steps
-
Stop an assistant: in “Connect the assistant” → “Active connections” choose the connection, then “Revoke”. The assistant stops at once, and its pending send requests are cancelled.
-
Remove a mailbox from Warsha Emails: from the mailbox’s settings; only its manager can. Its stored password is deleted, and the mailbox itself is untouched at its provider.
-
Delete your account: Settings → “Your account” → “Delete my account”. Permanently deleted: your mailbox passwords, your assistant keys, pending requests and your personal workspace. This cannot be undone.
What can go wrong
“You own a business workspace: transfer or delete it from the Team page first.” The account cannot be deleted while you own a workspace with a team: transfer its ownership to another member or delete it from “Team” first.
The assistant still mentions old messages. Disconnecting blocks all access after it, but does not erase what the assistant’s provider processed before — that is governed by that provider’s policy and its deletion rights.
Something you won’t expect
After deleting your account, not everything disappears at the same moment: the remaining data that identifies you is anonymised after thirty days. Payment records and invoices remain for the period the law requires, and deleting the account does not erase them. Encrypted backups may hold data from before the deletion; the privacy policy gives the details.
Deleting your Warsha Emails account does not delete your mail — it stays with its provider as it is.
