About
Warsha Labs
Small, careful tools — each solving one problem
What Warsha Labs is
Warsha Labs is a software workshop, not a single-product company. It publishes independent desktop tools, each with its own pages, documentation, pricing and terms.
What unites these tools is neither the market nor the audience — a program that handles messages and a program that encrypts files share no user and no market. What unites them is one set of standards in engineering, documentation, licensing, and the handling of user data.
That is why this site is built as a portfolio: every program takes the same structure, so whoever knows where to find the documentation in one knows where to find it in the rest.
Where it came from
Warsha Labs began from one practical need: a conversation that had accumulated more than 80,000 messages over two years, with no way to delete it from both sides. A program was built to deal with it.
While building it, it became clear that what had accumulated was not a single program but a way of working that would serve the next one and the one after: logic separated from interface, processing that happens on the user’s own machine, and licensing that never stands between anyone and their data.
The principles
Every tool discloses itself
No blanket privacy promise. Each tool states on its own page exactly what it touches, what it does not, and what reaches us.
Data is never withheld
An expired licence moves the tool to the free tier; access to your data remains complete.
Clarity about what is unknown
When a tool cannot verify something, it says so plainly rather than presenting an estimate in its place.
Arabic and English as native languages
Not a translation layer; layout and direction mirror completely across every interface.
How we build
A testable core
The core logic in every tool is separate from the interface and the platform, so it is tested in full before each release.
Technology chosen to fit the problem
We do not impose one technology on every tool. What handles large files is built with fast native tooling; what works against a web service is built with what suits it.
Fully designed interfaces
Every window and every message is of our own design. Any irreversible action is shown with its name and identifier before it runs.
Licensing that never blocks your data
Licence verification runs locally after activation. An expired licence moves the program to the free tier; it never blocks access to your files.
Documentation with every release
Each tool has its own documentation and changelog, both updated with every version released.
Stated limits
We state what a tool cannot do with the same clarity as what it can.
Our work
The workshop currently publishes 3 tools, each with its own pages, documentation and terms.
