What this page covers

It covers your use of warshalabs.com: browsing it, reading its content, and sending a message from the contact form. It does not cover your use of any of our tools — each tool has its own terms.

Tool terms take precedence

Each tool’s terms and licence are the reference for that tool, and take precedence over anything written on this page. If a text here conflicts with a text there, the tool’s text prevails.

Content and ownership

The site’s content, design and marks are owned by AI Technology. You may quote from it with attribution and a link to the source.

You may not republish the site or a substantial part of it as your own, nor use the name “Warsha Labs” or its mark in a way that implies a sponsorship or affiliation that does not exist.

Accuracy of information

We write what we know and correct it when we are wrong. Even so, prices, features and versions change, and a page may lag behind reality.

The reference at the time of purchase is therefore what appears on the purchase page and in the tool’s licence, not what you read on an introductory page.

External links

The site links to our other services and to websites we do not own. We do not control the content or policies of an external site, and opening it is subject to that site’s own terms.

Acceptable use of the site

Do not attempt to breach or disrupt the site or its servers, do not scrape it automatically in a way that strains the service, and do not use the contact form to send bulk or abusive messages.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken through a registered payment provider — Paddle, Sadad or PayPal, depending on your country and how you buy — and from inside our apps on the Apple and Google stores where those exist. Your card details are handled entirely by the provider: they never pass through our servers, we never see them, we never store them, and there is no card field on any page of ours.

The rule for our tools is that there is no refund after purchase. Any exception is expressly stated on the tool’s own page — which is the reference, and takes precedence over this page in everything concerning it.

So read the tool’s page before buying, and try the free tier if it has one. This is why we write each tool’s limits and shortcomings on its own page before you pay, not after.

If you buy from inside an app on the Apple or Google store, or through a Merchant of Record, that store’s or provider’s policy governs the refund — and it may grant one at its own discretion, which is outside our control.

Your use is at your own risk

Your use of this website and of any of our tools is at your own risk. You alone decide whether a tool suits your work and your data, and you are responsible for what you do with it and for the consequences.

And keep your own backups. Our tools are not a substitute for a backup, and some of them delete or encrypt irreversibly — which is stated plainly on each tool’s own page.

Limitation of liability

This website and each of our tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither AI Technology nor Warsha Labs is liable for: loss of data, files or messages; interruption of work; loss of profit, opportunity or reputation; or any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damage — whether arising from the use of the site or any tool, from being unable to use them, or from reliance on what they contain.

Where we are nonetheless found liable, that liability is capped at what you actually paid for that tool in the twelve months preceding the event. If you paid nothing, there is no monetary remedy.

⚠️ This is a ceiling against which compensation is measured if we are found liable before a competent authority — it is not a promise of a refund nor a right of return. Refunds are governed by the “Payment and refunds” section above.

Nothing here excludes what the law does not permit to be excluded: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

Each tool has its own disclaimer on its own page; that one is the more precise for that tool and takes precedence over this page in everything concerning it.

The site as it is

This website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of error. An outage of the site affects neither a tool installed on your machine nor a licence you have bought.

Changes to these terms

When we change something we raise the version number and date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of it.
