What are you trying to do?
Know what your plan allows, and buy a higher plan or extend it when you need to.
Steps
-
See the plans and their prices at
emails.warshalabs.com/pricing— no sign-in needed. Prices are shown in Qatari riyals and US dollars together, and each plan’s details (mailboxes · members · folders · sending per day and per hour · attachments) are the real limits that apply. -
Go to “Plans” in your account. Only the workspace owner buys for it.
-
Choose how to pay. The methods available appear when you pay: on the website from SADAD, Paddle and PayPal, and in the phone apps from the App Store and Google Play. Your card number is never asked for on our pages — you enter it with the payment provider itself.
-
Complete the payment and come back. The plan turns on when the payment provider confirms it; the receipt arrives by email and stays in “Billing and receipts”.
What can go wrong
The SADAD button asks for a mobile number. SADAD needs a mobile number in your profile; add it and come back.
You paid and the plan did not turn on at once. Some payments go through a review at the provider, and the plan turns on by itself when it ends — do not pay again. If it takes long, contact support from inside your account with your receipt.
A plan does not appear in the app. Some plans are offered on the website only.
Something you won’t expect
Nothing renews by itself. You pay once for a set period, and buying again extends from the end of the period, so you lose no days. When the period ends the workspace returns to the free plan and nothing is deleted — your mail stays with its provider as it is.
Payments are non-refundable, subject to legal exceptions and the seller’s policies — as set out in the refund policy.
